Calendar

TODO
Find someone smart to make up a calendar protocol
The Concept
We need a truly social calendar. Not only one which can be shared among many users, but one which can pull data in (dynamically) from a user's friends.
- The protocol should allow reading and writing from other services and providers based on settings that the user chooses
- items may be private or public, superpublic (sends a message the user's friends when it come due [Good for birthday parties])
- items may require approval from the user
- user may have many calendars and choose on a case by case basis which to send events to
- a calendar may be shared between several users
- items should be "linkable" so users can show them on their own calendars while they still reside on the originator's service, much like in the Messaging system
There may be more than one calendar protocol.
If there is already a calendar protocol that has these features, then it is the one we need.
